1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Canada

• Orders Under $100: $3.99 (3-5 Business Days)
• Orders Over $100: FREE (3-5 Business Days)

International

• Orders Under $100: $9.99 (10-15 Business Days)
• Orders Over $100: FREE (10-15 Business Days)

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that during periods of high demand, particularly when our artwork becomes popular on social media, there may be occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer express shipping services at this time.

3. Address Changes

If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. This will help ensure we can redirect your shipment to the correct address. Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Please note that Expressive Artiste is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. We kindly ask that you double-check your address details at checkout to avoid any issues.

4. Duties and Taxes

Expressive Artiste is not responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in your destination country.

Import taxes and duties vary by country, and your customs agency will contact you via mail, phone, or email to collect these fees and allow your shipment to proceed to its destination.

As the customer, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or similar charges. If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipment will be returned to us. Provided the product is in its original condition, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the shipping costs incurred to your country.

Please note that we declare the full purchase value of items for export and cannot falsify any documents under any circumstances.
