Fierce Focus

Artist Statement:

This piece was born from a moment of inner fire—a reminder to myself to stay locked into my purpose, no matter how loud the world gets. The eagle, with its piercing eyes and ready talons, mirrors the mindset I tap into when I paint: fierce, focused, unrelenting. Crafted with a spatula on raw wood, every stroke carries the texture of grit and growth. It’s not just about survival; it’s about soaring beyond limits.

Using only a palette knife, I let the raw energy of the eagle burst forth—its beak commanding, its claws ready, its eyes locked on the unseen. This isn’t just a bird of prey—it’s a symbol of clarity in chaos, and the strength we summon when we refuse to be distracted.
